I started a small business in 1986 at the age of 22. 34 years ago during the year of 1990 due to oversight I was late paying my sales tax for the month of September. Then again, in 1992 due to oversight I was late for the month of September. A lien was issued on both occasions six months later. Once I received the lien I paid the taxes and the liens were released two months after that. SEE DOCUMENTS BELOW..
I don’t know who the “Liberal Politician who supports gender modification surgeries for minors” is that they are referring to. They should name who this so-called liberal politician is. No Liberal Politician gave to my campaign that I am aware of. There is only one Republican politician that gave to my campaign. All other donations came from Grass roots patriots.
I have a suspicion they may be talking about Republican Representative Chris Sander who voted against the SAFE Act. If that is who they are referring too, well, McMullen gave to this politician and Cierpiot also received a donation from this politician. The hypocrisy is evident. SEE DOCUMENTS BELOW.
“Liberal Trial Attorneys” did not donate to my campaign.
“Liberal PAC’s who oppose our Conservative Values”. There are no donations to my campaign from Liberal PAC’s. There are only two PAC’s that donated. The PAC that supports my candidacy; Truth and Light PAC and The Believe in Life and Liberty PAC that supports Bill Eigel for governor. That’s it. Neither are liberal.
You can locate my campaign finances here: https://mec.mo.gov/MEC/Campaign_Finance/CFSearch.aspx

I have been accused of not living in the district for the office I am running for. Another lie. I have lived in the same house in Grain Valley for 18 years. Three weeks after I filed to run for State Senate in District 8 in 2022 I was redistricted. The lines moved 7 blocks from my house putting me in District 11. Legally I could still run for District 8 and hold office. The law states you must live in the district you want to run in for one year prior to the General Election. Therefore, if I were elected I could live in my current house for the first three years of my term. I would have needed to move within the new boundary lines one year prior to my re-election. This election my opponents are trying to use this against me be distorting the truth.
